Refund policy

1. Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging including any certificate or documentation.
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

2. Damages

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email photos of the item and packaging within 3 days of delivery to siyu.creatforfun@gmail.com.
We will evaluate the case and arrange a repair, replacement, or refund when applicable.

3. Cancellation window

You may cancel your order within 24 hours after payment, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
Once the package is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

4. Refund processing

If a return or refund is approved, the full amount paid by the customer will be refunded within 10 business days.
As shipping is included in the price, no deductions will be made.
If you have not received the refund after 15 business days from our confirmation, please contact siyu.creatforfun@gmail.com.

5. Return procedure and proof of condition

To ensure transparency and fairness in the refund process, customers are required to record the condition of the item and its certificate upon delivery, preferably with continuous photos or video showing the unopened package, the item, and the certificate together.

If a return is requested, please first email siyu.creatforfun@gmail.com with clear photos showing the current condition of both the item and the certificate.
Return shipments must not be sent until you receive our written confirmation and the return address.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, and the tracking number must be provided once the parcel is dispatched.
After the returned item is received and its condition verified, the refund will be issued to the customer’s account via Bizum or bank transfer, depending on the customer’s preference.
