3. Handmade and limited editions

All pieces are handcrafted in small quantities or made to order.
Each item is handmade and unique.
Slight variations in color, texture, or form may occur due to the nature of the materials, different supply batches, or gradual upgrades in craftsmanship. These variations are part of the work’s authenticity and are not considered defects.

4. Production and shipping

For made-to-order pieces, please allow approximately 8-13 business days for production before shipping.
Ready-made items will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Buyers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
